What a great company for losing items, fobbing you off with excuses, trati9ng you as though you are brainless,(like their staff) l have had an ongoing dispute with them for 3 months., lve provided all details, of the drop off date, the value of the goods, tracking, ebays refund to the buyer, Four times l have sent all the details to them, and they have come to the conclusion, that l have not sent them any details, even though l gave them the reference numbers that was given to me on receiving the details,Today, l got the news,that they are not going to refund me, On another occasion, 6 months ago, a parcel got lost in France, 2 months later they found it, and said they would return it to me, lm still waiting for it, and this is the jewej in the crown for P2G, a courier, handed a parcel to someone who happened to be near the postal address, that it was intended for, he didn't ask for a name or address, and after investigation, he admitted he was at fault , then P2G, told me to refund the buyer, Enough said, Do not use this company , they couldn't care a toss about the sender, or the recipient, they have got a bad name, and they do their best to live up to it, This company should be struck off,
