Non existent customer service that will tell you anything to get rid of you. They are cheap and as long as what you are sending is valued at less than the standard compensation (£20) then it's worth a punt. Sometimes it goes smoothly. If you have an item of higher value, forget it. Go direct and pay for insurance. Going through P2G means you have to deal with them when things go wrong, not the courier. They only have online chat customer services who will simply shut you down when you start asking difficult questions. My parcel is apparently lost and they want to pay the compensation at £20. The item is valued at £2000 - I know, my fault for not taking out insurance. But, the item is not lost. It was delivered to the wrong address, but it's easier to pay me the compensation than to spend time sorting out the mistake.
