Appalling service, they had one job, to collect parcels and attach the same numbers of their labels to ours; they couldn't manage to do this correctly. We paid for additional insurance which is absolutely worthless. Two parcels from seven went missing, four of these had labels mismatched. Five of the boxes were damaged and finally one box went completely missing.
After weeks of back and forth through their terrible complaints and claims service they refused to pay any compensation for the lost box due to them requiring more and more information despite the error being clearly on their part. I was expected to have receipts for old, irreplaceable items.
Avoid at all costs. Over £400 worth of personal and valuable items lost.
