The worst courier company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Sent to parcels to USA for the cost of £80, both are stuck at customs and have been for 4 weeks. I only found this out after contacting the company I was sending them to told me.
Parcel2go never once communicated this to me.
I contacted the live chat agent, which by the way is the only way you can communicate with them, spent several hours and got told in the end it's my responsibility to resolve the issue as 'they're only a broker'
My advice cut out the middle man and go direct to the courier otherwise you'll be wasting your time and money.
