Would you like to speak to an actual person to resolve an issue? good luck! It is a web based company so you have to use there "webchat" an hour and a half wasted so far. You get transferred from one person to another. The webchats tend to be carbon copies of previous days with the same stock questions and answers from them. Heavily scripted and utterly useless! Stay well away, go to the courier direct. Cut out the clueless middleman.
