Extra "compensation cover" is a scam.
Despite the fact that the compensation cover is purchased from them. They insist that they must wait for the courier company to agree to pay out.
They make repeated promises of timescales for when this will happen. And then fail to meet them all.
I'll be taking them to small claims court to resolve this. I recommend you go elsewhere so that you don't have to.
