Failed to deliver a 24 hour express delivery on time - even though I purchased additional "Delivery Guarantee" it arrived 3 days late. Now I have to pay to have the parcel returned as it missed the event it was required for. Customer is also left high and dry. P2G have refused to cover the cost of returning the item, but they have said they will refund my original postage cost (only because I had purchased the extra "Delivery Guarantee").
Parcel2Go are simply a broker / price comparison for other courier services and don't seem to have any leverage in actually ensuring these other services do what they promise (despite charging extra for "Delivery Guarantees"). Use P2G with caution or preferably don't use them at all! Next time I will go straight to a reputable courier.
They have an online chat but no direct phone contact number.
They told me that my parcel was late because Inpost had technical issues - Fine, but don't leave me out of pocket as the customer. I would expect them to cover the cost of making things right. I'm not at all impressed with Parcel2Go and have now deleted my account with them. Goodbye!
