You were delivering to Leander Rowing Club, one of the Premier rowing clubs in the World, on a Saturday during mid season. I can assure you there was someone there to accept delivery. So what exactly did happen, since you have reported the failure as “Major event” on your website. What is a major event in the world of parcel delivery? A puncture! Anyway; no surprises here.
