After my parcel was collected there was no update to the tracking information for 5 days.
Their CHAT service does not seem to work, they do not list a telephone number or email address.
Therefore very difficult to contact; that is an appalling way to treat your customers.
I did find an email address which they acknowledged but never answered the questions I had raised.
And they have the nerve to ask me to use them again. Why?
