The worst postal service I've ever used.
DPD 'lost' a very expensive item in the post. The worst part of this was that Parcel2go advertised the service as being fulfilled by DPD, however this was not the case and a 3rd party courier was involved which in turn lost the item.
After contacting DPD myself and them redirecting me to Parcel2go, I contacted Parcel2go to see if they could help. Upon trying to get a hold of them, I realised that their customer support is almost non-existent. Not only did they not resolve the situation but it took them weeks to make any kind of significant progress. In reality this issue could have been resolved within a couple of phone calls.
After them offering a minor refund at a fraction of the value of the item, they closed the case meaning I couldn't even get any kind of money back, despite them guaranteeing an insurance cover.
Please sort this out Parcel2go.
