Best listen to the people below. This company has no idea of support and handling problems. They use agents to clear parcels in overseas deliveries. My parcel arrived at the city of destination. It sat for two weeks with nothing happening. Then the agent decided the parcel, which was a gift for a 94 year old lady, was now an export. They started asking the recipient for unnecessary documents and were charging fees that were incorrect. They also sent other peoples invoices and for some reason could not even figure out where to deliver it, even with the address in three places on the lid. This company will not open up a case for a refund no matter what. My parcel arrived six weeks later, and they think they have solved the problem. Everyone who has had these dealings with them should report them to Trading Standards, Financial Ombudsman, or Watchdog. Otherwise nothing will change.
