Dreadful 'service'. Waited at work til 8:00pm, no collection. by which time it was too late to rebook for the next day (not that I could have as the rebook link doesn't work).
So two days later, (Parcelforce this time, a quicker service, upgraded at my own cost) note on the tracking system that 'collection failed' despite being the easiest possible location to track down. After tracking down the mythical live-chat link, I speak to Aisha who tells me it is rebooked for the same day. Except it isn't, and collection doenst take place.
So three days later, I go through the same procedure again and finally it is rebooked for the following day.. four days after anticipated.
Don't forget, 'collections are not guaranteed' folks. Pay your fee and hope for the best.
I wont get into the time a couple of years ago when Yoldel turned up via parcel2go and stuck random labels on every one of 14 parcels, scattering them around the uk. Luckily I paid for compensation....which was of no help when they completely ignored all of my attempts to contact them. Presumably employing the 'he'll give up in the end strategy'... which ultimately I did..
Dreadful at best.
