Failed to collect parcel on 4 consecutive days, still waiting.
No phone number, no email, and the live chat function is hidden deep in their website, and don't think for one second that will help resolve your issues as they don't care. My live chat ended with them saying they where just the booking agent and cutting me off even though it said I had 60secs to reply, so I guess I just go straight to the courier next time I want to send a Parcel then?
Absoluty atrocious customer service, avoid if you can.
