Anout 2 months ago i sent a fishing rod via parcel2go and it was extremely well packed however it arrived damaged and really the only way to damage it would have been to run over it with a truck. Because it was a fishing rod i was unable to get insurance so i lost out on £350 and was given nothing apart from my postage costs..this month i sent another rod and they seem to have lost this one , bear in mind the package is nearly 6ft long so its hard to lose...currently the tracking ends at the depot and i keep getting emails saying they are looking into it but im not very hopeful of a positive outcome..how can this be acceptable. Thats another £250 lost as it should have been delivered a month ago..this 2nd rod has clearly been stolen. Why are there not practises in place to prevent this.
