A basic parcel to be collected and delivered to me. 4 collections booked none collected the advisors on live chat just send pre written text back . I booked myself in the end with TNT they collected that day and i received it today. Parcels 2go actually booked a collection with TNT which failed twice . Maybe they dont pay the courier company and that's why its failed !! They are actually the worst company I have ever used ever.JUST USE THEM TO GET INFO ON COURIERS THAT CAN DO THE DELIVERY THEN BOOK DIRECT !!!!!! Its worth paying the little extra just to receive your parcel.
