Very poor service. Grossly damaged item delivered to recipient. Didn’t have the right cover and have basically been told I have no chance of a claim.
They admit no responsibility for damaged item via DPD. Surely one of the companies have a duty of care for your parcel.
I would strongly recommend not to use PARCELS2GO OR DPD. Not matter how much cheaper they may be. Especially coming up to Xmas
The machine is a 3d printer and made of strong cast aluminium, so the pictures show the abuse the parcel had to cause this kind of damage
