1 start is being nice. The service u got was shocking.
1st- my parcel got sent to the wrong country 2weeks later once I was asking many question the couldn't find my parcel.
2nd- 1 month later find found ir and got to sent to the correct country all damaged, to receive the parcel family member need to pay extra £60 with items missing and damaged.
3rd- I thought i was ok as i got extra insurance out with the same company. WRONG. They said they are investigating and 4month later I'm still waiting.
Cheaper yes but I rather pay the extra with bigger companies and know that it will go to the right location with no headaches.
Very disappointed.
