Dont let the one star fool you. Like most other here it should be a minus 5 at best.
Seems to me that Parcel2go is a business built around 'losing' parcels then not paying out under insurance or even refund of fees.
What happens to your parcels??? Another revenue stream maybe?
Think serious questions need to be asked of this company by investigators from various authorities.
It's disgraceful they are allowed to trade.
You only have to look at the companies contact detals on this review page to see how serious they are about engaging with customers.
