Firstly I arranged a collection of homemade facemasks being sent to protect my aunt in her job at a hospital - the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged so had to cancel, get a refund and rebook as a drop off. This was sent 7th April and I was told the latest delivery would be 20th April - I raised a case 21st delivery and am getting absolutely no information or refund 1 week later - I understand the pressure on delivery companies right now but it is so difficult to actually get anywhere - I have a lot more parcels to send and will not ever use these again
