Shockingly bad service. My parcel got collected a week ago for 48hr delivery service. Tracking showed "business address closed" line on Wednesday 06th May, when in fact, the address was and is open (spoken to the receiving side).
For 3 days no updates. Opened a case. Yesterday received an automated message that my parcel was found and attempting to redeliver. Checking today - still shows the same message "attempting to redeliver". What the hell! No customer services to talk to, their 24hr open chat line doesnt work, so no human feedback. Just appalling. Would never use them again.
