Sent 4 parcels from the UK to Australia via Parcel2go on the 23rd of March 2020, it is now the 27th of May 2020! Parcels are still in the UK and Parcel2go response is "Coronavirus" reordered the goods 5 days ago and sent via UPS and guess what the parcels arrived in Australia 5 days later!!! someone is telling porky pies and it ain't me. I reckon this company will go into liquidation soon as it would be impossible for any company to last with such a bad service. Now how can I make 3k cover the lost packages as there is no chance of getting money back even though I had full insurance?
