The worst online platform for having your parcels delivered. If you have anything worth delivering pay a little more and go to the actual company like DHL or Fedex, that way if something goes wrong at least they can help you. Parcel2go does not have a real customer service that can help you and their contract with delivery companies does not allow the company to raise any questions with them directly. However as a customer when tracking undelivered parcel, they just apologise and tell you to go back in 48 hours to see if they have managed to ship your item. Thus unless the complaint goes through to parcel2go from customer, the actual delivery company can't do anything, but parcel2go does not raise the issue with delivery company. Thus, if you can't get to lodge an inquiry with parcel2go then how are you supposed to resolve the issue? Pay more directly to the actual company and you would at least be able to get in touch with them and have them held liable for anything that goes wrong.
Parcel2go has held on to my parcel for a week at Stansted and refuse to update or let me know when it will delivered.
