It's been now nearly a month since I sent a parcel with this dodgy website.
I thought there is no worse customer service and support than Parcel Monkey, but here you go.
Tracking stopped the next day after I dropped my parcel to a drop point and no money, no info, no refund, no compensation, NOTHING.
a month??? seriously, in XXI century after a month they are unable to chase B2C courier to get info about the parcel has been "lost"?
Couriers know exactly what parcels they can "lose" seeing code P2G.
I'm going to sue this company. Point 8. of their terms and conditions.
