No customer service, a total idiot and passive and ignorance live chat, breaching GDPR, no tracking a claim, no feedback on the ticket in half a year. Do not use this service, if you must try only use it for searching and book parcel on the vendor's site. Now I am submitting the full history to the gov backed authorities and starting the investigation incl.
