I have now used Parcel2Go for 2 parcels to my son in America. And the service was excellent. Easy from the first booking online, to tracking to delivery. And fantastic price. Instruction of what to do for packing and customs was very clear and very informative. We just dropped the parcel off at the local Herme's pick up point, and the tracking began from that moment. And with weekends included , they only took about 5 days to get to my son.. Absolutely fantastic... I would highly recommend Parcel2Go to anyone. AS long as you follow all instructions , then no problems. And I even emailed them afterwards to show my appreciation. and had a great reply from Peter Chandler, thanking me.
