I sent a parcel back to a supplier, a £64 piece of pottery. I even insured it on the P2G website. A week later, it showed still in transit. Another week.. another week..
Eventually I contacted them and they said they couldn't find it (a 1m box!)
I put in a claim, but they kept requesting the same paperwork over and over. Proof of no-delivery? OK, look here on your website, the screenshot shows it isn't delivered!
'Ah, but we can't trust that, it's not always right..'
How can you argue against that. We don't trust our own delivery system...
Now the last day has arrived to finalise my claim. Goodbye money...
Time for claims court.
