Firstly they failed to collect on the designated day, they then ‘lost’ my package, a large armchair, and after 2 days refused to pay either compensation nor continue to look for the chair. Which is obviously languishing in NB a depot, where nobody has bothered to look for it, or been delivered to the wto f person or ‘borrowed my by a courier.
Shockingly por or service from a company whose only remit is to deliver items safely.
Avoid at all costs. And Don’t pay for insurance as they don’t honour it.
