I was supposed to get an update about my parcel on email and I got nothing.
It has been more than 2months since I handed my parcel.
Upgrade in form of guaranteed delivery was purchased with service.
Not only the online tracking (online update system) wasn´t working by the time but the courier didn’t bother to call to me (sender) or recipient while having both of our numbers, didn’t leave any note at the recipient address nor checked the box, where was the address written on.
