Ive only used this service a couple of times but each time it has been quick, efficient and very very easy to use.
On one occasion I had trouble printing out my labels and wasnt sure how I could find them as I hadnt opened up an account, I used 'live chat' and Nicola came on line quick and dealt with my problem very promptly and easily. Makes such a difference to other companies I have tried whose 'chat' option seems to never work. Thanks Nicola
