The collection and delivery went fairly well. The problem came a few days later when I was asked to pay a substantial extra amount of money. My 30kg parcel had been weighed at 123 kg buy TNT. When I weighed the parcel it was actually 27 kg but I rounded up to 30kg in case of error. I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the parcel weight and size. Clearly this was impossible as it had already been delivered to its destination. I refused to pay the extra and after several weeks they agreed not to charge me, this they said, was a gesture of goodwill. I would not recommend them.
