They managed to deliver my 30KG parcel ok to Eire, but Ive just received a standard email (which could have easily been deleted) advising another £345 will be debited, because their carrier TNT have advised them (after delivery) the parcel was 728 KG (nearly 3/4 ton) I have to now prove this is incorrect to reverse this with a picture of the parcel on a weighing scale, even if this was the case it should have been flagged or refused during sorting, not after delivery, it seems to me a clear scam that some will fall for, or not even realise is occurring So I can only currently advise to approach this company with extreme caution
