This is some kind of scam - I booked up yesterday paid 20 GBP to have a document collected and delivered within 2 UK locations by UPS and no courier turned up. I tried to contact parcelcompare and other than the portal there is no one to call or ask. So I phoned UPS and they had no order from Parcelcompare at all. So I to cancel the delivery which is what they recommend and I got charged 6 GBP for the privilege. So they earn 6gbp for nothing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS>
