Words fail me to describe their CS. Paid ridiculous amount fo money for the same day collection, needless to say no one showed up. There's no tel number to contact the company, somehow managed to find a web chat service. Useless! The guy (support possibly in India) told me he cannot help me, I have to use online portal to decide what's going to happen with my parcel. Of course I've attempted to cancel the order, imagine what - they are trying to impose 6gbp cancellation fee on me for cancelling a service they have never delivered...?! I've just opened a dispute through PayPal. Terrible, terrible experience deepen by their shambolic customer service.
