I recently requested that a parcel containing credit cards be delivered sealed securely and promptly to Israel. However, the package was delivered a week late with the contents wide open for anyone in the delivery chain to access. When I took this to the complaints department, they blamed it on the packaging. This was a complete lie as the packaging was checked with the delivery personnel before it was sent. I would never use this service again and would not recommend its services.
