Waiting since 4/11 to send me a package through TNT. They picked the package from UK, they gave us TNT tracking number and the status of tracking is still up-to today 14/11 COLLECTING. They informed us that they lost the package and that they ll refund us the shipping charge. They item is gone. Tough luck. Our mistake to chose them to send it.
Updated: 28/11 today after 15 email exchanges with Parcelcompare and 200 excuses (they told me they lost it and shall wait few days to search for it, then that they can refund shipping cost but not the item, then that i have to show proof that they got it from my cousin, then that i have received the item so case is closed, then they are looking our matter with the carrier, then we must present more proof of evidence and that they cannot do anything further) i decided to forget it as they dont even reply anymore. Thank God item cost only 65€ and shipping 40€.

I do understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I am sorry but unfortunately I cannot investigate further without correct evidence of collection as it is required to forward to the carrier in such cases.
I have emailed the carrier many times and they are asking for proof of collection as there are no scans available for this shipment.
If this document can be provided then we can process an investigation with the carrier and search for them.
