Sent package from Newcastle to Switzerland. Package got collected went on a merry trip for a few days and ended up back at the address I sent it from, damaged.
Nothing from the company. No response, no emails, no way of contacting them.
Having to look into legal ways to reclaim my money.
Avoid. There's a reason there is no contact number.
