Unbelievable stress from no collection being told I payed for drop off when I paid for collection which never happed, I gave in in the end after 4 days of arguing . Went to drop shop only to be told this parcel is collection I can’t take it, as I said I paid for a collection, the man in the email said I’m refunding you go with a different company 😡😡😡 so angry , would nit own up to there mistake 😡 again do not use !!!!!!!
