Sent a parcel, was returned to me 10 days later, saying that the delivery address was wrong, which is untrue, as I sent many parcels before to that address without any problems. They told me that it was my responsibility to check where the parcel was and they're asking for return fees on top! There was my phone number and the recipient and no one called, and it's still my fault? I keep emailing the person in charge of my case and he doesn't listen. Really annoyed, terrible service, will never use again and I don't know how to get my money back.
