Sent a parcel to Germany containing a few small gifts , not expensive items , the postage cost £15 , my friend never received the parcel , I complained about the parcel missing , then parcel compare replied saying the parcel will be returned to me as the address was wrong -(which it wasn’t )- the parcel arrived a few weeks ago , then out of the blue an email saying I had to pay £25.87 for the returned parcel , and before I could argue the money was taken from my account , illegal ? I thought companies were not allowed to keep your details ? Fuming . Will never recommend or use them again.
