Like others, this company failed to deliver my parcel, as they didn't text or email the recipient in Europe regarding customs.
Then, without informing me about whether I wanted the item returned and whether there were costs involved, they returned the parcel to my neighbour and charged me automatically for the 'return costs' which amounted to even more than the initial delivery cost-which I have still not been refunded for!
They have breached the law and their own terms and conditions. Beware of this company, they're running a complete scam.
