If only i could give less than 1 star .. Please just avoid this company for your sanity sake. If anything goes wrong that's it and i can assure you things are very likely to go wrong with ParcelCompare. They are just thieves with license, i have no idea how that is possible in a lawful country. Their customer service are practically toddlers without any clue what Customer service is all about. They don't have a contact number to ring. You can only write on their website and hope to God they will respond. My item was lost, after wasting my time for over 2 months they closed the case with no compensation. The courier (UPS in this case another company to avoid) told me they have paid compensation to ParcelCompare but ParcelCompare will not pay the compensation to me. Absolutely disgusting .... For those who find their comparing site good, please just use it only as a search engine don't buy from them. If you find a good price with any courier on ParcelCompare you must go directly to the courier company and buy directly from the courier ( price is usually the same) because if anything goes wrong the courier company will not deal with you if you buy through ParcelCompare.
