Sent some rose bushes to a friend in Italy collected no problem three months later still not received said are prohibited items 8 weeks in Italy at customs in quarantine then sent back to uk worste service I have ever had three months chasing it to be told it had to be returned as it can only be sent by air I didn't choose how they sent it they did
