They are scammers. They tell you that parcel was a different size to what you advised. They charge you £56 extra for an alleged 3cm, offer no proof it was incorrect. They ask customers for evidence it was correct but will not produce any evidence to prove their case. They ignore what you do provide.
They are robbers don't use them.
