I booked a return for 3 rolls of insulation, when booking i gave accurate measurements and dimensions and as the price was reasonable arranged the delivery. Several weeks after the return was collected I received an email saying that the package had been audited and the dimensions I used were wrong therefore they wanted and additional £117 from me. The only way to appeal this was to provide photographic evidence which obviously I didn’t have, I contacted the supplier who offered to provide the dimensions but parcelcompare did not accept this.. They have been unreasonable and put up barriers throughout the whole process, my solicitor has recommended that I ask for photographic evidence from them that they can’t provide, all I have been given is a blanked out invoice.
