If I could give zero stars I would. Arranged and paid for a parcel to be delivered. It was not delivered but was returned to me. When asked why and request a refund they said the parcel was wet inside and was undeliverable. Strange that the said parcel was delivered by a different company in the exact same condition with absolutely no issues and again absolutely no issues from the recipient of the parcel. No only are they refusing to give a refund for not delivering the parcel but have also taken money from my account to pay for returning the parcel to me. Even had the cheek to send an email saying we look forward to doing business with you again. I am going to contact trading standards to see where I stand. I feel totally let down by this company
