Lost my parcel sent to the USA, I now have been jumping though hoops back and forth with emails, each time they reply with different questions, the last emails are an absolute joke, they want the non recipient to fill in a claim form, I paid for the consignment via Paypal, and send email proof by sending my Paypal statement showing that, I will never use Parcelcompare again. Can't see what the problem is, they have admitted to losing the consignment, and they won't honour my claim.
