This is bloody failure. This company was supposed to deliver my parcel in Italy on 29/06/2021. June. After they send it to wrong depot in another city (Milan) they had the nerve to request £103"The return charge would be £103.42- excluding any outstanding duty charges if applied. Please also note that no shipping fee will be refunded on this occasion." After refusing to pay this money they agreed to start the return process for free. However, we are in October, and they are still no managed to return the package back to UK. I am receiving the same message from the parcel compare escalation team. Probably a copy and paste since is the same one every week for the last 2 months. I need someone to help me solve this problem(CK283563886GB). I also hope people will start looking at the bad shipment service that this company offers before reserving their service.
