Would not recommend! I used this service to find the safest and most price competitive delivery cost for a parcel I had to return. I took out the offered insurance as the product was a high value item. The item was delivered smashed despite fully packaged with padding and fragile warnings. When claiming on the insurance taken out through the company I was refused based on an irrelevant reason. I disagreed at which point they used another irrelevant reason for rejection of claim. At this point it felt they were clutching at reasons not to pay out. Despite saying I could appeal, when asked for details of how to do this I have been ignored on multiple times. I have tried to escalate and am being totally ignored by the company including the CEO despite sending emails and letters which I can see have been received and signed for. I am now trying to figure out how I can escalate this to an external body as am currently over £300 out of pocket. So upset and disappointed not to mention frustrated. Please avoid this company!
