Absolutely disgusting service if you can call it a service. The reviews left on here that are positive are fake and they represent nothing but lies. This company called FASTLANE are nothing but middle men who front that they are a service but they do absolutely nothing. Do not part with your money as they do not deliver anything and when it comes to the day do not turn up! I had to chase them for only to find out they knew a week earlier that the shipping was not taking place. They have such bad reviews they are now calling themSelves PARCELCOMPARE!! BEWARE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are the worst company I have ever experienced and ruined my move. The owner who lies to you and does not even bother checking with the company he uses to book your shipping does not have any clue on how to run a business and leaves you hanging on lies and hope that they will turn up on the day. Avoid at all costs. Don’t get sucked in with price. Pay a little more and get a real company service not this company.
