Needed to send an endoscope for repair in Italy and booked it "2 day delivery" with TNT, through Parcelcompare on October 13, 2021. Carrier was TNT, which arrived on 13th October with a FedEx Labelled van and collected my parcel. Today is December 2, 2021, My parcel still has NOT delivered. Tracking on TNT website only shows as "Shipment in Transit". (Fedex Tracking number is 785907384) Parcelcompare keeps sending me the below email every week:
I am afraid that to date your item has not yet been located and all searches are still ongoing. Please do accept our apologies if this is outside of the original timeline that was quoted, however extensive searches are being completed to locate your item.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and rest assured I will do everything possible to recover your shipment.
I contacted both TNT and FEDEX, they advised me to contact Parcelcompare, as the booking has been made through them.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service, but even after 1.5 months passed, I am still hoping to retrieve my item.
